梁雅穎博士
Dr. Cecilia Leung

Ceci 於香港大學修畢社會科學學士學位，主修心理學。在學期間隨劉月瑩博士實習，進行睡眠研究，畢業後繼續擔任劉博士研究助理。

 

Ceci 其後於香港中文大學取得臨床心理學碩士學位。畢業後加入社福機構，服務自閉症譜系障礙人士及家長，同時與陳穩誠博士及團隊研發實證為本的社交訓練及親職訓練。團隊所研發的小組訓練，包括「認知行為治療 –情．理．行．實況社交能力訓練」 (CBT-CSCA) 及「觀・賞・情・行」家長小組 (CAPS) 曾多次向業界同工提供培訓，實證成效亦已刊登於不同的國際期刊之中。Ceci 及陳博士亦與香港中文大學心理學系梁永亮教授合作研發自閉症譜系障礙的本地評估工具。

 

Ceci 於2019年開始修習家庭治療，並將家庭治療概念應用於個人心理治療服務之中，對象包括有情緒問題青少年及在親子及婚姻關係掙扎的成人。

 

Ceci 於2023年受李維榕博士邀請，加入亞洲家庭治療學院臨床團隊，以家庭治療服務介入不同的兒童及青少年情緒問題。個案範疇廣泛，包括拒學、厭食症、自殘行為、管教困難、分離焦慮、暴力及偷竊行為等，過程中亦累積不少處理夫婦矛盾的經驗。

 

在與不同家庭工作期間，Ceci 發現不少母親容易質疑自己能否勝任母職及忽視自己需要，以至自我價值低落，難與他人訂立有效界線，在親職路上處處踫壁。Ceci 與 Sarah就母親所遇到的束縛，發展了一個專為母親設計的自我成長小組。

 

Ceci 與 Sarah亦與不同中小學合作，發展以家庭關係為本的家長教育課程，該課程喚起家長對自身情緒及婚姻關係的反思，在中小學家長中深受好評。

Ceci 於2025年在香港中文大學取得心理學博士學位。論文指導教授為梁永亮教授，研究檢視從學齡前到童年後期，三種常見的兒童問題行為：內化問題（internalizing problems）、外化問題 （externalizing problems）和專注力問題的的持續性（continuity）和轉變性 （discontinuity）。研究發現家庭衝突是唯一與三種症狀轉變相關的指標，而自我感知（self-perception）則是唯一與三種症狀相關的功能結果。

Ceci 是業餘占星愛好者，定期撰寫以占星學理解心理現象為題的文章，按此閱覽。

 

Ceci 歡迎各方合作，包括學術研究、研發介入方法及在校推廣家長健康教育。
