New case appointment arrangement 

• Please pay a deposit of $1000 within 2 days after confirming the appointment date to secure your booking.

• After making the payment, please take a screenshot of the transfer record and notify the staff via WhatsApp.

• The appointment time can only be rescheduled once, and you must inform the staff via WhatsApp at least 24 hours in advance to make new arrangements.

• If you cancel the appointment or fail to attend, the deposit will not be refunded and cannot be transferred.

• If the deposit is not paid on time, the appointment will be automatically canceled without further notice.
